Warranty

FTelettronica will repair or replace your pedal if it fails to operate due to defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect by the user, nor does it cover cosmetic damage to the finish or external hardware.

To qualify for warranty, the original owner must provide proof of purchase of their new FTelettronica pedal from an authorized dealer.

Please note that the warranty excludes any shipping costs. Standard repair time is approximately 2 weeks. If we are able to service
your pedal sooner, we will do so.

Established in 2008, FTelettronica is a small effects pedal company based in Isola del Liri, Italy. Our catalog includes models inspired by the classics of the past, without ignoring the technological evolution of the components and the advantages it can bring.

The Build

Enclosures are powder coated and the graphics are screen printed. We mainly use Alpha potentiometers and Neutrik and Lumberg jacks.
