If you have a problem with your Champion Leccy pedal or doowhacky at any time, we are generally happy to fix the issue free of charge. As stated above please contact us first to explain the situation and issue with the product.
If it has obviously been abused or seen a lot of action we are still happy to help, but we may require a small bench fee.
The user is responsible for getting the pedal back to us. We recommend insuring the package, but we leave that decision up to the customer. If the item is lost or damaged on its way to us then you will need to file a claim.
The customer is also expected to pay for return shipping.
