Warranty

Registering your device covers manufacturing defects for the life of our company. Finishes and other cosmetic imperfections are not covered. Standard bench rates apply if anyone other than Recovery has touched the device with a soldering iron, or modified it in any way. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, both ways. We will request payment via PayPal when the unit is ready for return shipping.

About

Recovery Effects has been creating useful, original tools for musicians since 2009. We take traditional ideas and add unique functionality, so each device has a distinct, unmistakable character that can't be found anywhere else. All of their products are designed and assembled at our home workshop in Seattle, Washington. Recovery Effects take pride in their workmanship, so you can rest assured you are getting a quality, tested device that will stand the test of time.

Along with developing and manufacturing devices for Recovery Effects, Graig Markel also operates a recording studio called The Recovery Room located in the Greenwood district of Seattle.

Zera Marvel, along with running the website, also handles their social media pages, the Etsy shop and brings home lots of rescue animals. As of May 2020, she learned how to solder and began helping Graig build effects and designed her very first pedal, Gallows In The Morning!
