About Electronic Audio Experiments

Warranty

We stand proudly by the quality of our products. All of our pedals carry a lifetime warranty for materials and workmanship tied to the original owner. We are happy to cover manufacturing defects as well as mechanical or electrical failure during normal use, which is determined at our discretion. All we ask is that you mail the pedal to us, and we will happily take care of the rest. If a pedal is found to be defective within 30 days of arrival, we can provide a return shipping label.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Cosmetic damage (if you don’t scratch it, are you even playing it?)

Environmental or liquid damage (if you dump a beer in your pedal, I have to wear gloves and I hate wearing gloves)

Heavy impacts (if you drop a road case on it, that’s on you)

Unsanctioned modification or repair work

Use of an incorrect power supply (over-voltage or reverse polarity - though we have substantial protection measures against both)

Any forms of misuse and abuse by the end user

About

Electronic Audio Experiments is an exploration in sound and texture via electronics. Founded in 2015 by guitarist and electrical engineer John Snyder, EAE focuses primarily on stompboxes for electric guitar and bass, with occasional ventures into amplification and synthesis.

Our products are imagined and assembled in a small workshop in Boston, MA by a close-knit team with strong ties to the world of audio. We offer a mix of unique, purpose-built designs and homages to forgotten circuits of the past—all engineered to exceed our high standards of quality and enrich the sounds of scrappy touring bands and discerning studio artists alike.

We take great joy in making the tools to make art, and we hope you can share in that joy.
