All new pedals carry a full warranty for two years from the date of purchase. If you should have any problem with your pedal, please send a message via the contact form below to get your issue dealt with as soon as possible. If your pedal is more than two years old, don’t worry; it could still be fixed – just send a message via the contact form at the bottom of this page.
The warranty covers pedals against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover the following:
electrical, mechanical or cosmetic damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse;
use of incorrect power supply;
damage resulting from the malfunction any product used in conjunction the pedal;
lack of reasonable care;
loss or theft;
damage due to force majeure or natural forces;
repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Hudson Electronics UK;
inappropriate storage,
and/or loss or damage sustained during returns from customer to Hudson Electronics UK.
The warranty will not cover postage costs from the customer to Hudson Electronics UK. The customer holds full responsibility for making appropriate postal arrangements. As such, the pedal should be securely packaged and sent via a recorded and fully insured service. If in doubt, please ask. Please do not return your pedal without having confirmed the return with Hudson Electronics UK.
Any pedal covered under the warranty that is assessed by Hudson Electronics UK to be beyond economical repair, will be replaced with a like-for-like pedal or with a pedal that is as close as possible to the original.
Any pedal falling outside of the terms of warranty is liable to incur a non-warranty repair charge.
All warranty claims are considered at the discretion of Hudson Electronics UK.
If a Hudson Electronics UK product malfunctions, the customer’s only recourse shall be repair or replacement of the Hudson Electronics UK product as described in the warranty above. Hudson Electronics UK will not be held liable for damages resulting from the failure of the product. Such damages may include, but are not limited to, the following: loss of profit; damage to other equipment; damage arising from the inability to use the product; or damage arising from the use of the product.
