Ezhi&aka'a Terrible Mother is their most outlandish development to date.
It uses a Russian Dice randomizer engine to juggle between five separate signals – four uniquely voiced delay engines and your clean signal.
Russian Dice randomizer can be controlled directly by your signal for ring mod -ish sounds, by a randomized lfo partly controlled by the input signal or a simple tap tempo circuit.
Scanning through four delayed versions of the input signal produces choppy rhythmic patterns, unpredictable and controllable at the same time. Well that is if you spend some time with Terrible Mother and learn her habits.
This pedal is as experimental as it gets, even to my unhealthy standards, so make sure you need some total madness in your setup if you want to order it.

Stunning, unpredictable, temperamental and yet addictive pedal. Just when you think you've cracked the secrets, it does something unexpected. Not for everyone but a much needed stomp for those who like this kind of experience.
Like all Ezhi&aka pedals, you are sort of at the mercy of what this thing does -- but it does so much and it's all fairly nuts. I got this because I was worried it would sell out, and it should sell out because there are enough weirdos out there like me who will let this thing just do what it wants and reap the benefits.
Terrible Mother is fantastic! Well worth the few years I've waited to meet her.
There are so many awesome sounds in this pedal. She's much easier to manipulate than the mom I grew up with 😅
Most craziest and perfect pedal for me. Every sounds are unpredictable.
I’ve owned a couple of Alexi’s pedals, but man this one’s just pure craziness and I love it! Been hunting for one ever since he announced it, and I’m just happy I finally got my paws on it!
