Varies the amount of filtering applied to the output of the treble booster. Roll of the highs by turning this counterclockwise.
Has a really nice sputtery germanium warmth. This gets pretty loud, works for my tube amp!

Hot tone bender goodness
In terms of tone bender style circuts this one is amongst the best. Its got a really velcro rippy sound to it and sounds warm even with my DI. I'm very glad it has a good lowend contour control.
