WARRANTY
3 Years Parts and Labor
To the original owner, Catalinbread LLC will repair or replace your pedal if it fails to operate due to defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 3 years to the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect by the user, nor does it cover cosmetic damage to the finish and external hardware. To qualify for warranty, the original owner must provide proof of purchase of their new Catalinbread pedal from an authorized Catalinbread dealer. Please note that the warranty excludes any shipping costs.
Repairs for discontinued pedals are accepted on a case by case basis. Due to the lack of available replacement parts for these pedals, only simple repairs i.e. footswitch and DC jack replacements are possible. We are not liable for the loss of discontinued pedals due to damage caused during a repair.
Standard repair time is approximately 3 weeks. If we are able to service your pedal sooner, we will do so.
